I found Zaap via a lemon squeezy post for alternatives. The key attraction of Lemon squeezy is the tax is all taken care of. If Zaap can do this it will be very good for creators.

Integration of Adobe Portfolio
Hi, Zaap passion for giving creators their own space should me catering to the entire creative industry, not just influencers / content creators. Please integrate Adobe portfolio. Most artists, designers, and even architects use adobe everyday in some aspect of our professional lives. Adobe portfolio sites are free to all creative cloud users. This can allow us to share our portfolio as a carousel or timeline of work on our Zaap. Zaap is no longer a link in bio platform, but rather the ultimate CMS for personal brands.

Add a feature in the thumbnail, with a maximum of 10 images and a video, to pique the customer's interest in the product, and include a landing page option in the link folders for sales.....

Better audience management
Please consider improving things on the audience management and email side. Noticed we can't edit contacts within a list or create segments. Can't really claim to be a replacement for ConvertKit or Mailchimp without this. For example, something as simple as someone forgetting to capitalize their first name, or if they accidentally add their full name. That comes out in the personalization of our emails, and could make a bad impression or look unprofessional. Also, segmentation such as 'Previous customers' or 'Engaged readers' is an important feature here. This also goes hand in hand with this feature request for email automation and scheduling.

Integrate other platforms
An API service to help connect other platforms such as email etc. Zapier is great although very pricey. Make.com (API still using Integromat) would be better use and webhooks and/or API would be preferred.

It would be so great to showcase customer reviews on bio as it can attract website viewers to take action & boost sales! I love using Zaap - currently in pro ,it would be so amazing if you could add this feature where people who had ppt our services would be able to rate & drop a review.
